35A Committee may refuse access to documents (1) The committee of an incorporated association may refuse to give a member of the association access to the following documents if satisfied that allowing access to the document would be prejudicial to the interests of the association: (a) a document mentioned in section 35 (1); (b) if the association’s rules allow a member access to other documents held by the association—those documents. (2) The rules of an incorporated association may provide for the circumstances in which access to the documents is allowed or restricted, including requiring the member to state the purpose for requiring access to the document.
