27 Incorporation of amalgamating associations
If the registrar-general is satisfied—
(a) that each amalgamating association making an application under
section 26 (1) has complied with this Act; and
(b) that the new association is, or would be when formed, eligible
for incorporation under this Act;
the registrar-general must incorporate the new association by issuing
to it a certificate of incorporation.
