22 Corporate identity
An incorporated association—
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) may have a common seal; and
(c) has power to acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal
property; and
(d) is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name; and
(e) is capable of performing all the functions of a body corporate.
