19 Certificate of incorporation If— (a) an application for the incorporation of an association or proposed association is made under section 18; and (b) the registrar-general is satisfied that the association is, or would be, when formed, eligible for incorporation under this Act; the registrar-general must incorporate the association or proposed association by issuing to it a certificate of incorporation.
