120 Extensions of time for applications etc (1) The registrar-general may, on the written application of an incorporated association, an officer of an incorporated association or a person authorised for this section by an association or a group of persons proposing to form an association, extend a period of time prescribed by this Act, whether or not the application is made before the period has expired. Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including regulations (see Legislation Act, s 104). (2) The registrar-general may make the extension of a period under subsection (1) subject to any condition the registrar-general thinks fit and may, by written notice to the association, vary or revoke the extension.
