119B Information sharing on ACNC registered entities
(1) The registrar-general may enter into an arrangement with the
Commissioner of the ACNC for the provision of information to the
registrar-general about incorporated associations that are ACNC
registered entities.
(2) In this section:
Commissioner of the ACNC means the Commissioner of the ACNC
established under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits
Commission Act 2012 (Cwlth), section 110-5.
