110 Liability of members If, under section 108 (1), a member or members of the committee of an incorporated association commit an offence in relation to a failure of the association to comply with section 109, the member or members is or are respectively liable, or jointly and severally liable, for any debt or liability incurred by the association because of the commission of the offence.
