### 36 Liability of association on cancellation of incorporation
> > (1) *\[Section 36 Subsection (1) amended by No. 13 of 1993, s. 16 \]*Notwithstanding the cancellation of the incorporation of an association pursuant to [section 34](#GS34@EN) or [section 34A](#GS34A@EN) , the association is liable to be sued and proceeded against as a corporation, and all dealings and transactions between the association and any person are valid against the association and all persons claiming under the association.
