36 Liability of association on cancellation of incorporation

(1)  *[Section 36 Subsection (1) amended by No. 13 of 1993, s. 16 ]*Notwithstanding the cancellation of the incorporation of an association pursuant to section 34 or section 34A , the association is liable to be sued and proceeded against as a corporation, and all dealings and transactions between the association and any person are valid against the association and all persons claiming under the association.
