25D Notice to Commissioner
[Section 25D Inserted by No. 10 of 2006, s. 5, Applied:27 Jul 2006] An incorporated association must notify the Commissioner in writing of its transfer of incorporation within 14 days after it is registered or incorporated as a prescribed body corporate.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
