### 22A Calling of general meeting by members
> *\[Section 22A Inserted by No. 99 of 1986, s. 10 \]*Notwithstanding any provision in its rules, a general meeting of an incorporated association may be called by not less than 10 per cent of the members of the association entitled under the rules of the association to vote at a general meeting.
