94 Director may require production of books For conducting an investigation of the affairs of an incorporated association, the Director may, by written notice, require: (a) the association to produce to the Director immediately, or at the time and place specified in the notice, the books relating to the affairs of the association specified in the notice; or (b) a person who is or has been an officer or employee of, or an agent, banker, solicitor, auditor or other person acting in any capacity for or on behalf of the association (even if the association is being wound up or has been dissolved) to produce to the Director immediately the books relating to the affairs of the association specified in the notice; or (c) a person to produce to the Director immediately all books relating to the affairs of the association (even if the association is being wound up or has been dissolved) that are in the custody or under the control of the person.
