79 Effect of appointment (1) On the appointment of a statutory manager of an incorporated association: (a) the members of the committee of the association cease to hold office; and (b) the statutory manager may terminate a contract of employment with the association; and (c) the statutory manager may terminate a contract for the provision of secretarial or administrative services for the (d) the statutory manager may terminate a contract for the provision of other services to the association. (2) The statutory manager of the association has the functions of the committee of the association, including the committee's powers of delegation. (3) An officer of the association must not be appointed or elected while the statutory manager is in office except as provided by this Division.
