67 Property of dissolved incorporated association vests in CEO (1) If, after an incorporated association has been dissolved under section 65, there remains outstanding property: (a) that was vested in the association; or (b) to which the association was entitled; or (c) over which the association had a power of disposal at the time it was dissolved; but which was not got in, realised or otherwise disposed of or dealt with by the association, the property is, for sections 68, 69 and 70, and despite any other law of the Territory, vested in the CEO for all the legal and equitable estate and interest of the association at the date it was dissolved, together with all claims, rights and remedies that it then had in relation to the estate or interest. Associations Act 2003 46 property includes both real and personal property, including things in action, whether the property is within or outside the Territory.
