57 Requirements before application can be made (1) Before an application is made under section 56, the incorporated association must by special resolution: (a) approve the proposed application; and (b) determine under what name the association is to apply to be incorporated; and (c) adopt a constitution that may be necessary or considered desirable. (2) The name applied for need not be the same as that of the association and must not include the word "association" or any other word importing a similar meaning.
