4B Delegation
(1) The Director may, in writing, delegate any of the Director's powers
and functions under this Act:
(a) to another public sector employee; or
(b) with the consent of the Minister, to any other person.

functions under this Act:
(a) to a public sector employee; or
(b) with the consent of the Minister, to any other person.
