34Register of members

34 Register of members (1) An incorporated association must establish and maintain a register of its members and enter in the register: (a) the date on which each member of the association became a member; and (b) if a person ceases to be a member of the association – the date of ceasing to be a member; and (c) the prescribed particulars, if any. (2) An incorporated association must make the register of members available for inspection by members at reasonable times, or at the times specified in the constitution of the association, at: (a) the address of the public officer of the association; or (b) the place, if any, at which the association is situated or located; or (c) another place in the Territory nominated by the committee.
