22 Filing of trusts (1) An incorporated association must, within 3 months after its incorporation under this Act, file with the Director particulars of, and a copy of any instruments evidencing, each trust relating to the association on the day on which the association is incorporated. (2) If, after the incorporation of an association under this Act, a trust relating to the association is created, the association must, within one month after the trust's creation, file with the Director particulars of, and a copy of all instruments evidencing, the trust. (3) A copy of an instrument filed under subsection (1) or (2) must be accompanied by a statutory declaration made by the public officer of the association declaring that the copy is a true copy of the instrument of which it purports to be a copy.
