20 Common seal (1) The common seal of an incorporated association is of no effect unless the name of the association is inscribed on the seal in legible characters. (2) A court, judge or person acting judicially must take judicial notice of the seal of an incorporated association affixed to a document and must presume that it was duly affixed.
