147 Applications to Treasurer and NTCAT regarding incorporated associations dissolved before commencement (1) An application may be made to the Treasurer under section 68, as amended by section 22 of the amending Act, in relation to an amount paid to the Treasurer under that section even if the amount was paid before the commencement. (2) An application may be made to NTCAT under section 71, as inserted by section 23 of the amending Act, for the reinstatement of a dissolved incorporated association even if the dissolution of the incorporated association occurred before the commencement.
