141 Appeals not commenced by disqualified persons before (1) This section applies to a disqualified person if, immediately before the commencement, the person: (a) was entitled to appeal to the Local Court against the making of the declaration in respect of the person under section 114 of the former Act; and (b) had not yet commenced an appeal against the making of the declaration. (2) The disqualified person may appeal to the Local Court against the making of the declaration in accordance with section 114 of the former Act, as if section 25 of the amending Act had not (3) The Local Court must hear and determine the disqualified person's appeal in accordance with section 114 of the former Act, as if section 25 of the amending Act had not commenced.
