112 Proceedings for offences (1) A prosecution for an offence against this Act may only be commenced by: (a) the Director; or (b) a person authorised by the Minister or Director. (2) A document apparently signed by the Director or the Minister authorising a person to commence a particular prosecution is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof of the fact so stated.
