11 Incorporation of association
On the issue of a certificate of incorporation to an association under
section 9, the association:
(a) becomes a body corporate with perpetual succession and a
common seal; and
(b) may acquire and, subject to section 110, may hold and
dispose of, real and personal property; and
(c) is capable of suing and being sued in its name.
