87A Other members (1) A member of the Patient Review Panel holds office for the period, not more than 3 years, specified in the person's instrument of appointment. (2) A person appointed as a member of the Patient Review Panel may resign that office by written notice given to the Minister. (3) The Governor in Council may, at any time, remove a member from office.
