77A Effect of suspension (1) If a registered ART provider's registration is suspended in full under section 76 or 77, the provider ceases to be registered as a registered ART provider during the period of the suspension. (2) If a registered ART provider's registration is suspended in part under section 76 or 77, the provider ceases to be registered to perform the services that are the subject of the suspension during the period of the suspension.
