67A Part 6 counsellor In this Part, a ***Part 6 counsellor*** means a person who— (a) provides counselling to a child under section 59(b)(ii) or 63H(2)(a) for the purposes of determining the maturity of the child; and (b) meets the prescribed requirements for counselling.
