56F Magistrates' Court may make production order S. 56F(1) amended by No. 39/2024 s. 22. (1) If the Magistrates' Court is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the person is in possession of or has control of records relating to the pre-1988 donor treatment procedure to which the application relates, the Court may make a production order requiring the person to produce to the Donor Conception Registrar before a day specified in the order— (a) the records specified in the order; or (b) copies of the records specified in the order. S. 56F(2) amended by No. 39/2024 s. 22. (2) The Donor Conception Registrar must serve a copy of an order made under this section on the person against whom it is made.
