35 Formation of embryos A person must not knowingly or recklessly form or attempt to form an embryo outside the body of a woman unless the person— (a) is a doctor or scientist who provides services on behalf of a registered ART provider; and (b) forms the embryo in the course of providing services for the registered ART provider.
