23 Transfer of documents If gametes or an embryo is transferred from a registered ART provider (the ***first provider***) to another registered ART provider (the ***second provider***), a designated officer of the first provider must ensure that any consent, withdrawal of a consent or notice of separation relevant to the gametes or embryo is also transferred to the second provider.
