156 Condition imposed on registration of registered ART providers in force immediately before the commencement day A condition imposed on a registered ART provider's registration by the Authority under section 75 that is in force immediately before the commencement day is taken on and after that day to be a specific condition imposed by the Secretary under section 75A.
