152 Transfer of Authority staff A person who immediately before the commencement day was employed by the Authority under section 111, is taken on and after that day to be a person who— (a) is employed by the Secretary under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** on terms and conditions that are no less favourable than those that applied to the person as an employee of the Authority immediately before that day; and (b) has accrued an entitlement to benefits in connection with employment under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** that is equivalent to the entitlement the person had accrued as an employee of the Authority.
