143 Lodgement of contact preferences (1) Division 3A of Part 6, as inserted by section 23 of the **Assisted Reproductive Treatment Amendment Act 2016**, does not apply to permit a pre-1998 donor to lodge a contact preference in relation to an applicant to whom identifying information was disclosed before the commencement of that section 23. (2) Division 3B of Part 6, as inserted by section 23 of the **Assisted Reproductive Treatment Amendment Act 2016**, does not apply to permit a person born as a result of a donor treatment procedure to lodge a contact preference in relation to an applicant to whom identifying information was disclosed before the commencement of that section 23.
