141 Registrar must provide Authority with copy of Central Register (1) The Registrar must, as soon as reasonably practicable after the commencement of section 37 of the **Assisted Reproductive Treatment Amendment Act 2016**, provide the Authority with— (a) a copy of the information contained on the Central Register as at the date the information is provided; and (b) a copy of the information contained on the Voluntary Register as at the date the information is provided. (2) A member of the Authority or a person employed or engaged by the Authority must not, before the commencement of section 10 of the **Assisted Reproductive Treatment Amendment Act 2016**, disclose to any person, whether directly or indirectly, any information provided to the Authority under subsection (1).
