125 Application etc of regulations Regulations made under this Act may— (a) be of general or limited application; and (b) differ according to differences in time, place and circumstance; and (c) confer a discretionary authority or impose a duty on, or leave any matter or thing to be determined or approved by, a specified person or class of persons; and S. 125(d) amended by No. 29/2011 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 4.2).
