116M Admissibility of document produced under information or document production notice A document produced by a natural person, under an information or document production notice, that would tend to incriminate the person is not admissible in evidence against the person in a criminal proceeding unless— (a) the person is required by law to keep the document; or (b) the proceeding is in respect of false or misleading information included in the document.
