116G Criminal proceeding if enforceable undertaking is withdrawn A criminal proceeding may be commenced against a regulated person for an offence constituted by the person's contravention or alleged contravention of a provision of this Act or the regulations in relation to which the undertaking is given if the person withdraws the undertaking.
