116F No criminal proceeding while enforceable undertaking is in force While an enforceable undertaking is in force, a criminal proceeding must not be commenced against a regulated person for an offence constituted by the person's contravention or alleged contravention of a provision of this Act or the regulations in relation to which the undertaking is given.
