116 Withdrawal of prohibition notice The Secretary— (a) may withdraw a prohibition notice at any time in writing; and (b) must withdraw a prohibition notice in writing if the Secretary reasonably believes that the prohibition is no longer necessary to prevent or minimise the risk of harm to health or safety.
