105 Functions of the Secretary The Secretary has the following functions— (a) to administer the registration system under this Act; (b) to regulate the bringing into or taking out of Victoria of donor gametes or embryos produced from donor gametes; (c) to grant exemptions in relation to donor gametes or embryos produced from donor gametes being brought into and out of Victoria; (d) to monitor and enforce compliance with this Act and the regulations; (e) to monitor programs and activities carried out under this Act and the regulations; (f) to perform any other function that is conferred on the Secretary by or under this Act or any other Act.
