104 Delegation The Donor Conception Registrar, by instrument, may delegate to a person referred to in section 102 or a person engaged under section 103 any of the Donor Conception Registrar's functions or powers under this Act. See section 42A of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984**. Pt 10A (Heading and new ss 105, 106) inserted by No. 39/2024 s. 74.
