63 Disclosure of information in donor register generally (1) The director-general may disclose information kept in the donor register only in accordance with this part. (2) For disclosure of information under this part, the director-general is entitled to assume that information given to the director-general and kept in the donor register is accurate.

(3) Nothing in this section limits section 60 (Requirement to ensure accuracy).
