119 Evidentiary certificates In a proceeding for an offence against this Act, a certificate that appears to be signed by the director-general or another person prescribed by regulation, and that states a matter relating to any of the following, is evidence of the matter: (a) the registration of an ART provider under part 3; (b) the prohibition of a person from carrying on a business, or part of a business, that provides ART services under division 7.3; (c) any other matter prescribed by regulation relating to the administration of this Act.
