## Division 1 Registration Division 1 Registration Note— Section 11 of the [Research Involving Human Embryos Act 2002](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth requires a person or body to be accredited by the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee of the Fertility Society of Australia or another prescribed body if the person or body intentionally uses a human embryo (other than an excess ART embryo as defined under that Act) outside the body of a woman.
