27 Approved forms
(1) A return, notice, statement, application or other document under this Act is in the approved form if, and only if: (a) it is in the form prescribed in the regulations, or, if the regulations do not prescribe a form, it is in a form approved, in writing, by ASIC; and (b) it is provided in the manner prescribed in the regulations, or, if the regulations do not prescribe a manner, in the manner required by ASIC (which may include electronically). (2) A different approved form may be prescribed, or approved, for different classes of person.
