1 Name of legislative instrument

This instrument is the ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2015/846.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3 Authority

This instrument is made under subsections 601QA(1) and 1020F(1) of the Corporations Act 2001.
