(5) The responsible entity of an IDPS-like scheme must give to a member on request a copy of all communications that are required by law to be given to the holder of an accessible investment (including communications that are required to be given on request) where that accessible investment has been acquired under a direction of the member. (6) A member may make a request under subsection (5) in relation to a particular communication or make a standing request in relation to a class of communications. The responsible entity must provide the information as soon as practicable after the information is received or otherwise becomes available to be provided to the member.
