Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This instrument revokes ASIC Class Order CO 15/52 in full. Entities that previously relied on that group exemption — for matters like managed investment schemes, financial advice licensing, credit activities or disclosure relief — can no longer rely on it and may need to comply with ordinary Corporations Act and credit rules.

ASIC’s routine cleanup removes outdated or superseded exemptions to reduce legal uncertainty.
