6 Maximum travelling expenses amount

For the purposes of section 120(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed amount is an amount at the same rate and on the same terms as is prescribed from time to time for the equivalent travelling expenses in clause 3 of Part IV of the Tasmanian State Service Award made under the Industrial Relations Act 1984 by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission constituted under section 5 of that Act.
