24 Persons who are Commonwealth employees when relevant exposure to asbestos occurred not to be taken to be workers
[Section 24 Amended by No. 11 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2013] A person who is a worker by reason only of being a worker under a contract of service or training contract with the Commonwealth is not to be taken to be, for the purposes of this Act, a worker, other than for the purposes of section 84(3) .
