43 Approval of annual operational plan
(1) The Minister may, by written notice given to the CEO: (a) approve an annual operational plan given to the Minister under section 42; or (b) request the CEO to amend an annual operational plan given to the Minister under section 42 and to resubmit it for approval. (2) An annual operational plan comes into force on the later of the following days: (a) the day it is approved by the Minister; (b) the first day of the period to which it relates.
