41 Meetings of the Council
(1) The Chair must hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of the Council’s functions. (2) The Chair must preside at all meetings at which he or she is present. (3) If the Chair is not present at a meeting, the other Council members must appoint one of themselves to preside.
